A simple nice bakery. Its light and feminine packaging makes you smell the fresh bread and croissant from far away.
SWISSKNIFE ENGAGEMENT:
- We worked with our partners in branding and interior design to establish full concept design and branding
- We managed to make the full factory ( bakery ) layout, full set of drawings and project management and consultancy.
- Kitchen equipment list and equipment layouts
- Preparation of process flow maps according to HACCP standards and quality control layouts
- HR procedures and SOPs for all functional operation related
